Maybe you’ve been ignoring the signs.
Avoiding the weariness in your body, the frantic in your mind.
Maybe you have so much to do that you feel guilty for doing what you know you need.
Maybe you’re looking for a little permission to sit down. Read a book. Snuggle. Stare off in the distance. Be still.
Perhaps the signs are all around you, and you need only listen to grace.
This weekend, at some point in the midst of your hurry scurry, perhaps you could let a comfy couch, chair, plot of grass, friend hold you up while you let go.
The world will keep spinning. All will be well.
Bless you this weekend, friends.

Permission granted to you as well…take time to relax amidst the craziness of life this weekend! Love you!
Thank you for your blessing. So good to spend time with you, my friend. Love you!
Yes, what Becca said. And what Julian of Norwich said too “all shall be well. and all shall be well. and all manner of things shall be well.” Bless you dear girl, and all that you hold dear. xoxo
How I love that blessing. And to you too, Mama.
That for the reminder (and the permission) Ashley to take those moments – a beautiful message! xo!
Thank you, Shira.
You certainly deserve to coddle yourself. Put your feet up, sip a cup of your favorite tea , taste your favorite cookie, let your mind travel to places not yet visited, and allow yourself these precious moments of repose. Give yourself pernission.
Ah, thanks, Papa. I’m enjoying some tea right now, as a matter of fact. I need to keep reminding myself to take a few moments, so thank you for reinforcing that. :)
